  • To accompany those flying and rosy promises there is always a lot of hidden fees that scammer will use to get your money before you actually get from them.  These fess may include some vague up front fee that you have to pay when they call you to say your loan has been approved.  Some fees are mentioned as paperwork processing fee, regardless what name they put on these fees, they are all for scamming purposes.  Although legitimate lenders do charges fees to process, appraise your applications but they do so openly and prominently to make sure you fully understand the terms and conditions.
